Low Tide is a beautiful landscape that portrays a low tide situation in the sea. The painting was completed by the artist in the year 1880. It was done on a frame of the canvas using fine oil paints. The painting appears to be like an actual replica of the scene that happens in the ocean when there is a low tide in the sea. Alfred Bricher had been the creator of around 205 masterpieces but out of all his paintings, Low Tide, is one of his best work because it appears too realistic. The original sketch that was painted by the artist measured 45. 72X99. 06 cms. Since then many innovations and copies of the painting have been made and resized into various sizes for sale either in the art galleries or online. The artist has kept all the human activity taking place at the background and has bought in front the nature doing the ceaseless work.
